The Client Satisfaction Inventory is designed to measure the degree of satisfaction clients experience with respect to services provided to them by human services agencies and practitioners. Scores range from 0 to 100 where higher scores indicate greater degrees of client satisfaction. This scale is the 25-item long form. This is a printed scale for in-person administration.
